These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the povip platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on povip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the povip platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and povip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any services provided by povip. Continued use of the platform following any revision to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
18+ Strict Policy
Access to povip is restricted to adults aged 18 and above. We enforce age verification at registration and again before processing any withdrawal. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the povip platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances being forfeited, and any pending withdrawals being cancelled pending investigation.
BDT Transactions Only
All player account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Currency conversion fees may apply for card transactions in other currencies.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All promotional bonuses issued by povip are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be processed. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are stated on the applicable promotion page. Players are advised to review these terms before accepting any bonus.
Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. povip will never contact you to ask for your password. Any transaction made using valid login credentials is considered authorised. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.
Terms Revisions
pov ip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
1 General Terms and Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. References to "povip", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the povip online gaming platform and its operators. References to "you", "the Player", or "the User" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by povip.
"Account" means a registered player account opened on the povip platform. "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a player's account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player account under a specific promotional offer. "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required before a player's first withdrawal is approved.
These Terms & Conditions, together with any game-specific rules, promotional terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and povip with respect to your use of the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, the more specific document shall take precedence for the matter to which it relates.
By creating an account on povip, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law; (c) all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date; (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party; and (e) you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event that any translation is made available for convenience purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity, conflict, or dispute.
2 Eligibility and Registration
The povip platform is intended for use by adult members of the public who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:
- You must be 18 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions. Players who are found to have been under 18 at the time of registration will have their accounts immediately closed, all bets placed will be declared void, and any balance — including deposits — will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated software agents, or any non-human entity may not register an account on povip.
- You must not be a current employee of povip or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless prior written consent has been obtained from the platform's management.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by povip or any other gaming platform from which you have voluntarily excluded yourself.
- You must provide accurate and verifiable personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
povip enforces a strict one account per player policy. Players found to have opened multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — will have all associated accounts permanently suspended. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited following investigation. If you believe a duplicate account has been created fraudulently in your name, contact our support team immediately.
povip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or subsequently. These may include a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
Age verification is conducted at two points: during registration (via self-declaration and document submission) and prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Players who cannot satisfactorily verify their age will not be permitted to withdraw funds. All age verification data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3 Account Obligations and Security
Once your povip account is registered and verified, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through that account. The following obligations apply to all account holders at all times:
- Credential Confidentiality: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. povip will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your password.
- Prompt Reporting: If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, or if you notice any transaction on your account that you did not authorise, you must notify the povip support team without delay by email at support@povip.net. povip will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of such notification.
- Account Accuracy: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details — including your email address and Bangladesh mobile number — accurate and up to date. Outdated contact details may delay the processing of withdrawals, the delivery of security codes, and the receipt of important platform communications.
- No Transfer: Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in its immediate suspension.
- Two-Factor Authentication: povip offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all registered accounts. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access. Players are strongly encouraged to activate this feature via their account security settings.
povip is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, provided that the platform's own security infrastructure has not been compromised. If it is determined that a player has deliberately shared their credentials or knowingly allowed a third party to use their account, povip reserves the right to close the account and withhold any associated balance pending investigation.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on the povip platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to any minimum and maximum transaction limits published in the cashier section of your account:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (availability subject to change)
Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your povip balance within seconds of the mobile money transaction being confirmed. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear depending on your card issuer's processing time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are published in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours (06:00 to 00:00 BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals require that all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been fully met.
Player Fund Ownership: Funds deposited into your povip account remain your property at all times, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. povip does not use player funds for operational expenses. Deposits are held separately from platform operating funds.
Declined Transactions: povip reserves the right to decline a deposit or withdrawal request if: (a) the transaction is suspected to be related to fraudulent activity; (b) KYC verification has not been completed; (c) the transaction violates applicable payment processing rules; or (d) the account is under investigation. In the event of a declined transaction, the support team will communicate the reason by email within 24 hours.
Your entire povip account balance is maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There are no currency conversion fees for deposits and withdrawals made in BDT. Card transactions initiated in a foreign currency may incur conversion charges applied by your card issuer — povip does not control or receive these fees.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
povip offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback programmes, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other events). The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you must wager a total amount equal to 25 times the bonus value before a withdrawal can be processed from funds attributed to that bonus.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports bets may contribute at different percentage rates. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are specified in the promotion's detailed terms. In the absence of specific contribution rates, the default is: slots 100%, live casino games 10%, sports betting 100%.
- Time Limits: Each bonus carries an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Upon expiry of the bonus period, any unmet wagering requirement will result in the bonus funds and any winnings attributed to them being removed from the account balance.
- One Active Bonus: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus has unwagered requirements will result in the existing bonus being cancelled.
- Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be systematically exploiting promotional offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other players — will have all bonus funds forfeited, any winnings derived from such activity voided, and their account suspended.
povip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a player, the terms in effect at the time of claiming will continue to apply for the duration of that promotional period.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the povip platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and should be read in conjunction with these general terms.
Bet Placement: A bet or wager is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the povip system and a confirmation reference has been issued. In the case of sports betting, odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the accepted bet.
In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting on cricket and other sports is subject to additional market-specific rules. In-play bets on events that have already been decided — due to a system or data delay — will be settled at the correct outcome regardless of the odds at which the bet was accepted. povip reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for operational or data integrity reasons.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game or betting market are displayed within the game interface or market panel. povip reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, povip reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the player's account. Where winnings have been paid as a result of a technical error, povip reserves the right to recover those funds from the player's balance. Winnings derived from errors do not constitute valid payouts.
RNG Game Fairness: All Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on the povip platform — including slots, virtual games, and digital table games — use certified RNG software that has been independently tested for statistical randomness and fairness. Outcomes cannot be predicted, controlled, or manipulated by the platform or any player.
Result Finality: Once a game round or sporting event has been settled and the result has been applied to a player's account, that settlement is final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verifiable technical error reported within 48 hours of the settlement.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the povip platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account. This includes stolen card details, unauthorised use of another person's bKash or Nagad wallet, and any form of payment fraud.
- Money Laundering: Using the povip platform for the purpose of laundering money or concealing the origin of funds derived from illegal activity. povip cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected money laundering activity and is obligated to report suspicious transactions.
- Underage Access: Attempting to register or play as a person under the age of 18, or assisting any person under 18 to access the platform.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market. This includes chip-dumping in poker variants, cooperative play in live dealer games, or information sharing in sports betting.
- Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any third-party tool that interfaces with the povip platform without authorisation to gain an advantage in any game or to manipulate account activity.
- Chargeback Fraud: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in relation to a genuine transaction made on your povip account. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and recovery of the disputed amount from any remaining balance.
- Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity during registration or KYC verification, or attempting to use another person's identity documents to pass verification.
povip employs transaction monitoring, device fingerprinting, and behavioural analysis tools to detect and investigate prohibited conduct. Investigations may result in temporary account restrictions while the review is in progress. Players who are the subject of an investigation will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final decision is taken.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
povip reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected involvement in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
- Regulatory requirement or court order
- Extended period of account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction)
Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at support@povip.net. Upon receiving a closure request, povip will process any withdrawable balance (i.e., real-money funds not subject to unmet wagering requirements) to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months without any login. povip will send a notification email to the registered address before applying any dormancy-related administrative charge. The applicable dormancy fee and the process for reactivating a dormant account are published in the account settings section of the platform.
Appeals: Players who believe their account has been closed or suspended in error may submit a written appeal by email to support@povip.net within 30 days of the suspension or closure notification. povip will review all appeals and communicate the outcome within 10 business days of receiving the appeal. The platform's decision following a full review is final.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a cool-off period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion directly through their account settings or by contacting the support team.
